No is a Complete Sentence

Hi Ladies,

How many times have you told a person “no” without explanation?

Earlier today I called my cellphone provider to cancel a line that I no longer need. I felt my frustration growing as the customer service representative asked me three times whether I could use this line elsewhere. My answers are typically brief when I say no because no is a complete sentence for me. As far as I’m concerned, I’ve answered you.

Now it’s true. Sometimes saying no can block your blessings, especially when you repeatedly say no to opportunities. But many times saying no is necessary to set healthy boundaries.

Peace of mind is essential to a happy life!

Just a few thoughts…

Peace and blessings to you!
